when will my item ship?

7-10 business days from purchase date.  

can my item be shipped sooner?

yes, just purchase the rush order option along with your item at checkout. ($5 additional charge)

how do I make a return?

if anything is wrong with your order, please let us know right away and we will fix it. 

if you would like to cancel your transaction please let us know within 24 hours of payment. 

items may be returned for store credit within 15 days of receipt. Refunds will be given after the item is returned & shows no signs of wear or damage. Mail costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer. wild juniper reserves the right to refuse returns.

unfortunately, there are no returns on earrings or hair accessories due to hygiene. 

All custom orders, clearance items and holiday item sales are final. 

may i send this item as a gift?

yes, add recipient's address in at checkout and please let me know in the notes to seller that this is a gift and what you would like the card to say.
